Aufgaben

• Social Media Campaigns: You set campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Campaign Monitoring: You keep performance metrics in mind and learn to interpret data correctly and derive optimizations from it.
• Performance Marketing: You support the planning and implementation of Google Ads and other performance measures.
• Operative Implementation: You work on email campaigns, content publishing and other digital touchpoints with.
• Analyze & Optimize: Together with the team, you test campaigns out and derive concrete improvements from them.

Qualification

• Ongoing Studies: You're studying Marketing, Communication, Media or a related field.
• First Practical Experience: You've already implemented Performance Marketing campaigns (e.g. Social Media, SEA) – regardless of whether it was in an internship, part-time job, studies or private projects.
• Drive: You want to take action, learn and assume responsibility.
• Hands-On Mentality: You work pragmatically, try things out and set up quickly.
• Learning Readiness: You're motivated to develop yourself intensively in a short time and conquer new areas.
• Team Player: You actively seek feedback, work well in a team and bring your ideas in.
• Availability: You can work at least 15-20 hours per week and are eager to get started with us.
