Working Student People Operations (m/f/d)

You will work directly with our People Performance & Culture Manager – the first People role in the company. You will be the operational support that ensures the growth of the function does not get stifled by administration.

• You will maintain our employee data in Personio: master data, contracts, absences, time tracking — meticulously and up-to-date.
• You will create contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and references based on templates.
• You will support preparatory payroll accounting: data collection, plausibility checks, compilation of documents for tax advisors and DATEV.
• You will operationally manage onboarding and offboarding processes: checklists, equipment, access, appointments.
• You will administratively support recruiting: appointment coordination, communication with candidates, maintenance of applicant management.
• You will ensure clean, GDPR-compliant personnel files and documentation.
• You will take on small, independent projects for process improvement.

• You are a registered student, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Business Law — the specific field of study is less important to us than your work ethic.
• You work conscientiously and precisely.
• You handle sensitive data with absolute confidentiality. Salaries, sick notes, terminations.
• You work independently.
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• You communicate in a friendly and reliable manner, even when reminding someone about the same document for the third time.
• Fluent German, good English.
• 16 to 20 hours per week, predictable and reliable.
