We are DONE!Berlin – an international operating boutique consulting firm with roots in Berlin. We support fast-growing companies (from Early-Stage-Startup to Hidden Champion) in understanding and shaping the modern work world. Our approach: tailored solutions in the areas of Talent Strategy, Org-Design, Change Management, and HR-Tech.

We are not looking for just a temporary help. We are looking for a team member with critical thinking and the drive to implement strategic concepts.

Aufgaben

You will dive deep into the world of modern personnel management here. You will support our consultants in optimizing HR processes and implementing modern HR software (HRIS).

  • People Operations: You accompany the entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding to administration - and learn how to create seamless employee experiences.
  • Insights & Analytics: Through market research and HR analytics, you identify trends and best practices that drive our consulting projects forward.
  • Project ownership: You take over small-scale projects independently and work closely with our senior consultants.
  • Talent interaction: As part of the comprehensive approach, you support talent management (Active Sourcing, coordination) to ensure that our clients find the right people for their growth.

    • Qualifikation

    • Status: You are an enrolled student (BWL, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar).
    • Mindset: You work structured, think proactively with and have no fear of questioning and communicating your own ideas.
    • Interessen: You burn for People Operations and the question of how modern organizations function.
    • Sprachgefühl: Since we work internationally, you communicate confidently in German and English (our corporate language).
    • Vorerfahrung: First experiences with HR topics are a plus, but your mindset counts more than your resume.
