Part-time (20 hours/week) | Location: [Heerlen / Aachen] | Start: immediately
You want to experience HR up close and support the People Team in their daily business and projects?
Then you're exactly right at DocMorris. As a student in the People/HR department, you will work closely with our colleagues and help shape a modern, transparent, and employee-oriented working environment.

Tasks
- Operative HR Support: Participation in the daily People business, e.g., maintenance of employee data, creation of documents, and administrative HR tasks.
- Onboarding & Employee Service: Support for new colleagues and general HR inquiries.
- Process & Project Work: Support for HR projects (e.g., digitalization, Employee Experience, workflows, internal communication).
- Data & Analysis: Creation of small evaluations, research on HR topics, and preparation of information for the People Team.
- Team Communication: Close collaboration with colleagues from People Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other departments.
This could be a day at our place
- Your day starts with a short team check-in, where you discuss tasks and priorities.
- You support colleagues with HR questions, prepare documents or work on small projects.
- You research current HR topics or support in evaluations and internal analyses.
- You get insights into other areas like Talent Acquisition, Payroll, or People Operations during lunchtime.
- In the afternoon, you prepare information for internal stakeholders, support onboarding, or work on guidelines and documentation used throughout the company.
Qualification
- You are an enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, HR/Personnel, Law, International Business, or a related field).
- You work structured, meticulous, and reliable and bring interest in HR processes.
- You communicate clearly and enjoy teamwork and service orientation.
- You are confident handling digital tools; Excel skills are a plus.
- You have good German and English language skills; Dutch is an advantage, but not necessary.
