Werkstudent People & Finance (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

As Werkstudent:in in the People & Finance area, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background. The role is ideal for you if you are looking for a flexible job where you can work independently and be part of a small, well-coordinated team at the same time. Whether as Werkstudent:in or in part-time: what's important is that you are reliable and enjoy organizing things.

Your tasks:

• You publish job postings, review applications, and conduct initial conversations with candidates
• You support with administrative topics around personnel, such as job tickets or onboarding
• You create and send invoices and support in preparing the accounting
• You keep track of receipts and payments and ensure that nothing gets lost
• You take over the organization of our office routine and ensure that all necessary orders are made in a timely manner

Qualifikation

• You are an enrolled student (m/w/d) with a focus on personnel management or a comparable study program, or you are looking for a part-time job that fits well with your daily routine
• First experiences in the area of personnel, controlling, or similar areas are advantageous but not necessary!
• You have at least 16 hours per week available for us
• You work organized and reliably and have a good eye for structured processes
• You take on tasks independently and ensure that things get done
• A secure handling of Canva, Powerpoint, and Excel is advantageous
• Your German language skills are very good, English is a plus
