As a Working Student People & Culture / HR (m/f/d), you will support our HR Business Partners in their daily tasks, gain insight into recruiting, applicant management, and HR projects, and accumulate valuable practical experience along the way.

You are in the middle of it, not just on the sidelines!

Recruiting & Applicant Management:

• You are involved in the entire recruiting process
• You create and maintain our job advertisements
• You review applications and are in contact with our applicants
• You organize and coordinate interviews

• You support in administrative HR daily business
• You maintain personnel and applicant data
• You prepare documents and evaluations

• You participate in projects on personnel development and employer branding and contribute your own ideas, e.g., for the Onboarding Week
