Working Student Patient Operations (m/f/d)*

As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Patient Operations, you will support our patients via live chat and tickets, ensure excellent customer care with a trained eye for quality, and work closely with Product, Tech, and other internal teams to continuously improve our processes.

• Support our customers via live chat and our ticketing system: independent resolution of inquiries, involving the right specialist departments for more complex issues, and ensuring our availability
• Management of orders from our online shop
• Quality assurance in Customer Care: review chats and tickets, provide feedback, and, in collaboration with other interfaces, contribute to the further development of our quality concept and relevant KPIs
• With a view to quality, processes, and customer satisfaction, continuously identify areas for improvement and keep an eye on our KPIs accordingly
• Close collaboration with Product, Tech, and other internal teams to constantly improve the customer experience and customer journey
• Contribute your own ideas and help to continuously improve our Customer Care

• You are currently enrolled at a university and are looking for a working student position in the area of Customer Service, Quality Management, or Operations
• Initial experience in customer contact, e.g., in support, service, or consulting, is an advantage
• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented way of working, even with recurring tasks
• Enjoy working with key figures and have initial experience with Excel or comparable tools
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
