Working Student - Partnerships & Influencer Operations (all genders)

Your Role

As a Working Student Partnerships & Influencer Operations (all genders), you will gain insights into two exciting growth areas of HelloFresh: Retail Media encompasses our diverse advertising and activation opportunities along the HelloFresh Customer Journey and enables third-party brands to reach their target audiences directly through our platform and products, for example, through product samples in our boxes. In Influencer Marketing, we work with relevant creators to authentically position our brand and acquire new customers.

What awaits you and what you will work on: You will take responsibility for operational processes, support the smooth running of our daily business, ensure that our activities are implemented efficiently together with the team, work with various stakeholders, and be the central point of contact for our distribution center in Barleben.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of marketing campaigns in the Retail Media sector - from planning and communication to coordination with the warehouse and reporting
• Operational communication and coordination with our Retail Media partners regarding campaigns, timings, materials, and requirements
• Maintenance and updating of our CRM system HubSpot as well as our campaign overview, including the creation and management of various products/samples
• Coordination of influencer campaigns and alignments between our internal teams and external agencies for our markets in Germany and Switzerland
• Organization of sample and PR packages, sweepstakes, sample deliveries for influencers and partners, as well as coordination of cooperation with our distribution center in Barleben
• Participation in the implementation of influencer Paid Social campaigns, including content preparation and upload up to coordination with the responsible marketing team
• Preparation and documentation of important internal meetings, so that relevant information and next steps are transparently recorded for all participants

Your Profile

• Enrolled student, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
• Structured and reliable way of working, organizational talent, and a good sense for setting priorities to maintain an overview even with diverse topics
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with internal teams, external partners, and agencies
• Proactiveness and enjoyment in taking responsibility, contributing own ideas, and actively driving topics forward
• Proficient in using digital tools; first experiences with HubSpot, Slack, or comparable platforms are a plus
• Fluent German and good English skills
