The Betreuungswelt GmbH has been successfully active in the market of 24-hour care for over 10 years and operates one of the largest license partner networks in Germany.

We are looking for an engaged work student (m/w/d) to support our team in the operational daily business and gain insights into partner development, processes, and system work for our department Partner Growth & Success (PGS).

Tasks

• SUPPORTING THE PGS TEAM IN THE OPERATIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL DAILY BUSINESS
• PARTICIPATION IN SETTING UP, MAINTAINING, AND DEVELOPING SYSTEMS AND STRUCTURES
• SUPPORT IN DOCUMENTS, DATA, AND OVERVIEWS
• PARTICIPATION IN BUILDING AND MAINTAINING TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE CONTENT VIA E-LEARNING
• PREPARE OUTCOMES, REPORTS, AND DECISION-MAKING GROUNDS
• CLOSE COOPERATION WITH ADJACENT DEPARTMENTS

Qualification

• Ongoing studies (e.g. BWL, economics, media, business psychology, etc.)
• Structured, reliable, and meticulous work style
• Interest in PROCESSES, SYSTEMS, AND DEVELOPMENT
• Affinity to digital tools and data
• Independent working and quick comprehension
