In the Operations Team, we ensure that all internal processes run smoothly – efficiently, reliably, and service-orientedly. We handle topics such as payroll, internal services, and organizational processes. To support our team, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) who enjoys working with numbers, processes, and responsibility.

Your Tasks:

Support with regular operational work, particularly:
- Creation and review of payroll files using our software
- Monitoring of incoming payments
- Ordering and processing of vouchers for employees
Involvement in the optimization of internal processes
Close collaboration with the Operations Team and, if necessary, adjacent departments such as Finance and HR

Your Profile

Current studies in the field of Economics, Business Administration, Business Law, Administration, or comparable
Structured, conscientious, and reliable way of working
Confident handling of Excel/Google Sheets
Ideally, first experience in back office, finance, or operations
Enjoyment of organizational work and accuracy in handling data
