Working Student Online Marketing (m/f/d)

At Docleads, we make medical practices and clinics the first choice for their desired patients. As a specialized practice marketing agency from Munich, we combine data-driven performance marketing with real industry understanding – and ensure that our clients are not only visible online but dominate.

We are currently looking for support that fits us perfectly: Someone who pitches in everywhere, quickly understands what it's all about, and is eager to get involved in real projects for real clients.

16–20 hours/week, hybrid in Munich.

This is you:

👉 You are smart, think along, and quickly grasp what's important in a task – even if no one tells you every step.

👉 You have no reservations: Whether it's website text in a CMS, a social media post, or a short video edit – you try things out instead of only being able to do one thing.

👉 You are an executor with your own mind: You reliably support the team in everyday work, but you also notice yourself when something isn't going smoothly.

Tasks

Website & Content

• You maintain and update our clients' website texts directly in the CMS.
• You support the creation and maintenance of landing pages.
• You analyze the current situation of our clients based on classic marketing KPIs and derive concrete actions.

Social Media

• You create social media posts (text & graphics) for Docleads and our clients.
• You edit short videos and prepare them for social channels.
• You take over posting and scheduling content.

Team Support

• You are the operational support that everyone in the team can rely on – from performance marketing to customer success.
• You take on small independent tasks and projects as soon as you have familiarized yourself with them.

Qualifications

• You are not completely new to studying: Bachelor's from the 3rd semester onwards, or you are just starting your Master's – ideally in a field related to Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business Administration.
• Initial experience in online marketing, social media, or content creation.
• Proficient use of common tools (CMS, Canva, editing software) or the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with them.
• A good eye for text, image, and sound – you notice when something isn't quite right yet.
• Initiative, reliability, and the desire to actively contribute rather than just watch.
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing.
