Working Student Online Marketing (m/f/d)

• Diverse Support: You will actively support our marketing team in the varied day-to-day business and learn about different disciplines.

• Social Media & Content Marketing: You will actively participate in our social media channels, from idea generation to the creation of posts and reels. You will also be in front of the camera yourself, conduct interviews with doctors, and accompany us to medical conferences to capture exciting content on-site. 

• Performance & Engagement: You will gain valuable practical experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as well as Search Engine Optimization (SEO/GEO).

• Operational Marketing: You will independently take on organizational tasks and free up the team in operational business.

• Teamwork: Depending on the project, you will work closely with different interfaces and stakeholders.

• Steep Learning Curve: Your growth is our focus. You will be given the space to learn new things and apply what you have learned in practice immediately.

• First Practical Experience: Initial experience in marketing is desirable, but not a requirement.

• Passion for Content: You have a genuine flair for text, convince with excellent writing skills, and are passionate about current social media topics.

• Basic Analytical Understanding: In addition to your creativity, you are not afraid of numbers and data and have a good analytical understanding.

• Strong Communication Skills: You formulate very confidently in German and can also communicate well in English. You present yourself in a friendly and confident manner when interacting with colleagues or doctors. 

• Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, and Presentations, and generally enjoy learning new tools. You also have initial experience with AI applications. 

• Structure & Pace: You work in a structured manner, quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, and maintain an overview even when multiple things are happening simultaneously. 

• Team Player with Drive: Your absolute superpower is your outstanding willingness to learn. You are a true team player and have the motivation to continuously develop yourself.
