Working Student or Intern Human Resources (m/f/d)

Job description

Your Tasks

  • Support of the HR team in operational day-to-day business
  • Involvement in recruiting from job posting to applicant communication
  • Support with onboarding new employees
  • Maintenance of master HR data and personnel files
  • Creation of certificates and other HR documents
  • Supportive activities in office management


Your Profile

  • Currently studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable course of study
  • Interest in Human Resources and modern HR processes
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organizational talent as well as a structured and careful way of working
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
  • High degree of responsibility and discretion
  • Very good spoken and written German language skills
