- Support with onboarding new employees
- Maintenance of master HR data and personnel files
- Creation of certificates and other HR documents
- Supportive activities in office management
Your Profile
- Currently studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable course of study
- Interest in Human Resources and modern HR processes
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organizational talent as well as a structured and careful way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
- High degree of responsibility and discretion
- Very good spoken and written German language skills
