Working Student or Intern Human Resources (m/f/d)

• Support of the HR team in daily operational business
• Involvement in recruiting from job posting to applicant communication
• Support with onboarding new employees
• Maintenance of master personnel data and personnel files
• Creation of certificates and other HR documents
• Supportive activities in office management

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable degree program
• Interest in Human Resources and modern personnel processes
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organizational talent as well as a structured and meticulous way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
• High degree of responsibility and discretion
• Very good spoken and written German language skills
