Student Assistant or Mini Job in Customer Support in Healthcare (m/w/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Customer Support (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

You will serve as a direct point of contact for hospitals, old-age homes, and care facilities, as well as transport companies and health insurance companies.

Your Tasks

• Phone and written support for our customers and partners in the healthcare sector
• Acceptance and phone forwarding of transportation orders
• Processing of inquiries, concerns, and support cases related to our digital solutions (1st Level Support)
• Documented and maintenance of customer inquiries in our CRM system
• Tight cooperation with other teams like Operations & Customer Success to optimize service processes
