Your tasks

• Participation in the creation and maintenance of personnel files and HR documents
• Support in preparing and conducting on- and offboarding processes
• Maintenance and updating of HR data in our system
• Participation in HR projects and special assignments, e.g. in the area of Employer Branding, employee retention and personnel development
• Support in applicant management: posting job ads on online job portals, reviewing and pre-selecting application documents, communication with applicants

Job requirements

About you

• You are enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g. economics, psychology, social sciences) or participating in a dual study program
• You have a strong interest and first experiences in the area of Human Resource Management/ Personnel
• You are characterized by excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
• You work structured, carefully and independently
• You show a high degree of team spirit and empathy
• You are familiar with using tools (e.g. MS Office, Google Workspace, ideally HR software, etc.)
• You understand yourself very well in German and English in word and writing
• You have best-case scenario a special affinity for e-commerce and enthusiasm for the topic of interior design
