Working Student Newsletter Marketing (m/f/d)

Do you want to take on responsibility in marketing during your studies? Do you love working at the interface, have a very keen eye, and can keep an overview even with complex processes? Then you're in the right place: We are looking for you as a working student for our newsletters – a position with diverse interfaces and direct contact with our teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• You will be the owner of our newsletters and will independently coordinate all content, advertising placements, and dispatch dates.

• You will work closely with the direct marketing team, communicate with our authors and specialist teams, write emails, coordinate, and keep everyone in the loop.

• You will assemble the newsletter: You will check content, formatting, links, and data and ensure that everything goes out professionally and on time.

• You will get to know HubSpot and work with it to control dispatches and understand campaign logic.

• You will also always think about optimizations, contribute your ideas, and be flexible to proactively take on further tasks.

Qualifications

• You are an enrolled student and need a job that fits your studies – flexible hours and understanding for exam phases are a matter of course.

• Initial professional experience in marketing / with newsletters is a big plus.

• You work independently and reliably – you complete your tasks conscientiously without needing to be told.

• You can communicate well with different people – in emails, small meetings, or when gathering information.

• Your German language skills are very good – in writing and speaking.
