Aufgaben

Work with us on sustainability, climate protection, and circular economy concepts for buildings and neighborhoods. Together, we design sustainable and future-oriented cities in interdisciplinary teams.

This is your task:

• Participate in holistic sustainability strategies for buildings, neighborhoods, and companies – in Germany and internationally
• Support in sustainability certifications (e.g. DGNB, LEED, WELL, BREEAM) and ESG evaluations (e.g. EU Taxonomy) for buildings and neighborhoods
• Participate in the development of circular economy strategies, net-zero strategies, and CO2 balances, as well as life cycle analyses
• Support in the development of climate protection and adaptation concepts, climate risk analyses, and climate action plans for buildings and neighborhoods
• Support in preparing and conducting workshops with public and private clients (m/w/d)

Qualifikation

• Advanced studies in Architecture, Urban Planning, Building or Environmental Engineering, Real Estate or a comparable field with a focus on sustainability
• Understanding of and interest in sustainability, climate resilience, climate protection, and circular economy
• First experience with certification systems at the city or building level is an advantage
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of graphic/layout programs, ecological software, and BIM is a plus
