Job description
Naturbummler is a D2C start-up for outdoor and camping equipment with a focus on roof tents. We sell our products to nature-loving customers in the DACH region via our showrooms, trade fairs, and our online shop. Around 15 people, short communication lines, based in Mannheim.
CRM is a growing channel for us. Email and WhatsApp are the direct line to customers who already know us. This is exactly where you will support us.
Tasks
- Setting up email campaigns in Klaviyo: building, segmentation, sending planning, test sending
- Creating suitable images and graphics for the campaigns, using Canva, Figma, and Artlist (AI image generation)
- Preparing and deploying WhatsApp campaigns in Chatarmin
Maintaining and further developing existing templates - Analyzing campaign results (open rate, click-through rate, revenue per campaign) and documenting learnings clearly
- CRM management: maintaining segments and lists, monitoring automations, keeping an eye on data quality
- Setting up small A/B tests, for example, on subject lines and sending times
Qualifications
- Very good German in spoken and written form. You write subject lines and campaign texts that sound like us and are error-free.
- Enrolled student, regardless of field of study
- Proficient in using Canva or Figma, you recognize when an image works and when it doesn't
- Diligence. A campaign goes out to tens of thousands of recipients, a wrong link will be noticed
- Independent way of working, you ask questions when something is unclear
