Tasks

As a working student at FORMAXX, you will gain practical insights into financial advice and support the team in daily operations. You will acquire in-depth practical knowledge, participate in various tasks related to consulting, organization, and projects, and build valuable contacts for your future career entry.

Your work can be flexibly adapted to your study schedule – you decide when and to what extent you work. Within the framework of internal training and development offers, you will continuously develop your professional and personal competencies.

• You support the team in daily operations and gain practical insights into financial advice
• You accompany experienced advisors and learn the consulting process step by step
• You assist with the preparation and follow-up of client appointments and with organizational tasks
• You deal with topics such as investments, retirement planning, real estate, mortgage financing, and insurance
• You participate in the development of individual financial concepts for different client needs
• You learn our digital tools, processes, and workflows and use them in your daily work
• You support projects, events, and the acquisition of new prospects
• With growing experience, you take on your own tasks and responsibilities

Qualifications

• You are an enrolled student and want to combine your studies with valuable practical experience
• Ideally, you are studying a field related to finance, business, real estate, or a comparable area – or you are enthusiastic about financial and investment topics
• You enjoy interacting with people and are interested in supporting them with financial matters
• You are strong in communication, sociable, and present yourself in a friendly and engaging manner
• You work reliably, are self-organized, and take personal responsibility
  You bring a willingness to learn, initiative, and openness to new tasks
• You want to build practical knowledge, make valuable contacts, and develop professionally and personally
