Working Student (m/f/d) User Experience & Knowledge Management with Focus AI

As a working student (m/f/d), you will help shape exactly that: Together with the team, you will develop modern onboarding and help concepts for DEXIOS, analyze real user behavior, and build smart, AI-supported wizards and self-service functions that make our customers' daily lives easier. • UX Research & Usability: You will conduct usability tests and user journey analyses, identify optimization potential based on real user feedback, and thus drive continuous improvement.
• User Guidance & Onboarding: You will integrate modern, AI-supported user guidance approaches into DEXIOS – e.g., an intelligent chatbot, interactive product tours, in-app help, and checklists – and develop smart service functions from them for optimal user navigation on the platform.
• AI-supported Knowledge Management: You will support the development of a modern knowledge platform for our project and be involved in building modern, sustainable AI-supported knowledge structures.
• User Content & Documentation: You will create documentation, tutorials, and help texts for service functions – AI-supported and target-group-oriented.
• You will structure your ideas and content in GitHub, record them in the ticketing system, and support their later transfer into the roadmap or development backlog.

• You are studying UX/Interaction Design, Media Informatics, Computational Linguistics, (Business) Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication Design, or a comparable field of study.
• You have a strong affinity for modern UX/UI concepts, accessibility, and user-centered design – ideally supplemented by initial practical experience, e.g., from internships, projects, or working student positions.
• You understand the possibilities that AI integrations offer in digital products and also proactively use AI in your own workflow.
• Through initial practical experience or your studies, you bring a customer-centered product understanding and consistently think about user guidance solutions from the user's perspective.
• You communicate fluently in German (C1/C2) and have good English skills – for technical documentation as well as for creating user content.
• You work in a structured, self-responsible manner and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team.
• Furthermore, you communicate clearly, question existing solutions, and at the same time have the initiative to drive topics forward independently.
• You have a strong awareness of information security. You are prepared to support PCS within the framework of ISO 27001, thereby recognizing and minimizing risks in data handling.
