Work Student (m/w/d) Transaction / Marketing directly at the Real Estate Investor - Location Hamburg

We, the 4 Q Invest GmbH, are a dynamic Family-Office in the real estate sector with a focus on marketing and structuring of real estate investments for our own portfolio. To support our team in Hamburg, we are looking for an engaged Work Student (m/w/d) who will support us in creating marketing materials and analyses.

Working hours: 15-20 hours / week - Location: Hamburg/City district Rotherbaum

The 4 Q Invest GmbH operates in the area of Asset, Property, Project, and Facility Management for the family-owned FN Capital Holding Unternehmensgruppe, which specializes in the purchase and sale, as well as the revitalization of nationwide residential and commercial properties.

The 4Q team sees projects as opportunities and creates creative solutions. Our Real Estate Management is an important part of our company concept.

Tasks

• Creation of exposés and marketing materials for real estate projects
• Preparation of object information/data, market, and location analyses
• Support in investment memorandums and presentations
• Research on real estate markets, transactions, and comparable objects
• Maintenance of object and market databases
• Support in general tasks in transaction management of acquisition processes

Qualification

• Studies in real estate, business administration, marketing, finance, engineering, architecture, or a comparable field of study
• Interest in real estate, investments, and markets
• Analytical thinking, ideally with first experience in real estate or finance
• Excellent knowledge in handling PowerPoint and basic knowledge in Excel
• Responsible and structured working style
• Sorrows in documentation and data room management
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
