Trade Marketing International Student Assistant (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

To support our international Sales-Cluster, we are looking for a motivated student assistant who will support our Sales Team and work on building a continuous International Trade Marketing.

You will work closely with the International Sales Team and support mainly in recurring, procedural, and organizational tasks. These include:

• Maintenance and updating of the central Brand Hub and collaboration on developing the SharePoint structure
• Quality checks and ensuring uniform structure and naming
• Organization of merchandising requests and coordination with the international Sales Teams on demand topics
• Maintenance of updates in SharePoint and creation of simple text and email templates
• Creation of small quarterly reports on asset usage and cluster usage, and seeking feedback and deriving small optimization suggestions

What You Bring

• Ongoing studies in the field of Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, International Management or comparable
• Structured and self-motivated work style
• Pleasure in organization, content maintenance, and recurring tasks
• Very good German and English language skills are a must
• Familiarity with MS Office; first experience with SharePoint is a plus
• High motivation, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of teamwork
