Working Student (m/f/d) Strategic Sales & Marketing

We are looking for you as a Working Student (m/f/d) Strategic Sales & Marketing at our headquarters in Munich. You will support our sales and marketing team as a true all-rounder: from customer research to pitch materials to campaign content. No background work – your slides go into the weekly meeting, your content goes live, your research flows into real decisions.

What you will actually do

• Build customer & market understanding: You will research customer challenges and competition – the basis for pitches and decisions in the team, not just a tedious task.
• Pitches that land: You will contribute to presentations, business cases, and concepts that are presented in real customer conversations.
• Content with your signature: You will help create materials for sales and marketing campaigns – from website content to campaign assets.
• Projects with your name on them: Depending on the current needs of the team, you will independently take on projects end-to-end – this could be a revised case study library, a competitive research deck for a new target group, a content strategy for a campaign topic, or the preparation of an RFP response. The standard remains the same: you get the responsibility, not just the busywork.
• Ad-hoc support: Whatever is currently a priority – with varying complexity, but always with visible impact.

You won't learn theory, but craftsmanship: how to read customers, how to build arguments that convince, how to turn research into clear recommendations. You will be introduced once – and then take on tasks independently. No consulting background needed: if you are smart, learn quickly, and are eager to take on responsibility, you fit in here.

• Academic background: You are currently a Bachelor's or Master's student in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Relevant experience: Initial practical experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus, but not a must – your learning curve and drive are more decisive.
• Skills: You have a keen eye for convincing PowerPoint presentations and are proficient in Excel, for example, for preparing business cases.
• Mindset: You take responsibility without being asked, proactively approach your team, and pursue a solution-oriented approach.
• Language skills: You communicate and present in fluent German and English and, of course, have a healthy sense of humor.
• Framework: You have 16 - 20 hours per week capacity during the semester to work with us on-site at our Munich headquarters. Flexible up to full-time possible during the semester break.
