What awaits you
From day one, you will work as part of the consulting team, take responsibility, and support clients together with an experienced consultant.
We advise companies in crises, during transactions and IPOs, and in positioning their executives, i.e., where communication plays a decisive role in business success.
For us, it's important that you identify problems early and think strategically to the end. You will bring professional experience or gain it with us.
Your tasks
In discussions with our clients, you will extract the stories that support their positioning.
You will develop texts for the communication of management boards and CEOs, for example on LinkedIn.
You will work with research and drafts from our AI systems and be responsible for the final version.
You will coordinate topics and texts directly with our clients and become their dedicated contact person.
With every evaluation, you will refine your approach and document what works in the playbook.
You will use our in-house developed, innovative AI systems for topic generation, AI-assisted content creation, and performance measurement.
Your profile
You are studying Journalism, Communication, Media, or a comparable degree program and want to learn strategic communication from the ground up.
You enjoy writing, write well, and with your own ideas, and can find a clear, personal language even for complex topics.
You are curious and open to new topics and quickly familiarize yourself with industries, from scale-ups to corporations.
You handle AI tools confidently and enjoy experimenting with what they can enable for good communication.
You are driven by results and room for maneuver, and you manage your time flexibly.
You have native-level German language skills and speak fluent English.
