Your Impact
As Work Student*in Social Media you will strengthen our visibility and positioning and help companies in HR and people themes strategically and operationally advance.
Tasks
- Creation and planning of posts/reels, stories for LinkedIn and/or Instagram
- Participation in the development of content and editorial plans together with your team
- Designing graphics and visual elements (e.g. with Canva, Adobe Photoshop,) as well as image research
- Video creation, scripts, editing (e.g. Capcut, Inshot, Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve)
- Writing texts for targeted posts on German (and optionally English)
- Monitoring interactions, community management (comments, direct messages) and social listening
- Presentation of performance metrics (reach, engagement) and derivation of optimization measures
- Collaboration with us to make professionally grounded content visible
Learning & Growth - grow with us- your development opportunities:
- Employer Branding Workshops (EVP, Candidate Journey, campaign planning)
- Tool trainings or certificates/courses: Social Media Analytics
- Performance Marketing Basics or Storytelling/Copywriting Trainings
Qualification
- Enrolled student (m/w/d) ideally in communication, marketing, media or a related field of study
- Safe handling of German language in writing and speech; basic English knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical understanding for evaluating social media metrics
- Independent, structured working style and willingness to co-create
- Creativity, sense for target groups and willingness to learn new things
Addition Plus Points:
- First practical experience with LinkedIn or/and Instagram (practicum, projects or privately)
- First experience in image editing/design tools (e.g. Canva, simple image editing)
- First experience in video creation, scripts, editing (e.g. Capcut, Inshot, Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve)
