As a Working Student (m/f/d) Social Media Marketing, you'll be part of our marketing team, working to further expand Simba's visibility and positioning. You'll develop content and campaigns, immerse yourself in different target groups, and bring creative ideas to fruition – digitally, analogously, and always in exchange with adjacent departments such as product management, sales, and HR.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Expert: You will help us develop strategies for our social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and implement them together with us.
• Employer Branding & Social Recruiting: You will actively support the development of our employer brand and create creative measures to inspire new talent.
• Content Creator: You will create engaging content that specifically appeals to target audiences.
• Community Manager: You will build and maintain our social media networks and shape our employer brand with us.
• Performance Analyst: You will assist in analyzing the reach and performance of our social media campaigns and derive optimization potential from them.
• Communication Professional: You will work closely with our departments such as HR, Sales, and Development to create engaging content.

Qualifications

• Experience: Initial practical experience in HR or marketing with a focus on social media.
• Desirable: Experience with Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, or Premiere Pro), CapCut, various social media channels, content creation, and SEO optimization.
• Personality: High level of initiative, good communication skills, reliability, and enjoyment of the topics of HR and social recruiting.
• Education: Enrolled student majoring in Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, or similar relevant fields of study.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and good English skills.
