About ENUSEN

ENUSEN is a young company in the field of modern nutrition. With Smart Balance, we are developing a new brand for functional snacks that can be easily integrated into everyday life.

We are on the verge of market launch and are looking for a creative, communicative personality who enjoys building a new brand and its community from the ground up.

Your Tasks

• Social Media: Support in planning, creating, and publishing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Community Management: Active communication with our community, responding to comments and messages, and building long-term relationships with interested parties.
• Content & Trends: Development of creative content ideas, writing engaging German texts, and monitoring current social media trends.
• Community Growth: Support in activities to attract new followers, interested parties, and potential customers.
• Influencer & Cooperations: Researching and approaching suitable micro-influencers and content creators.
• Feedback & Analysis: Evaluation of community feedback and simple social media metrics for continuous improvement of our activities.

Your Profile

• You are a registered student, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
• You are familiar with Instagram and TikTok and have a good feel for social media content and trends.
• You write confidently, creatively, and naturally in German.
• You are communicative, reliable, and enjoy working independently.
• You possess initiative, creativity, and a passion for interacting with people.
• You have an interest in nutrition, lifestyle, and modern consumer brands.

Initial experience in social media or community management is an advantage, but not a requirement.
