As part of BellRing Brands, a global player in the sports nutrition industry, Active Nutrition International with its headquarters in Munich and own production facility in Voerde is an important subsidiary for the international market.

As Werkstudent (m/w/d) Social Media, you will support our marketing team in operational social media management, community management, and reporting, helping to develop our brands creatively and structurally on social media.

Aufgaben

Your role with us 🚀

• Support in Social Media Channel Management: You will support the editorial planning and posting for all ANI brands (Powerbar, Dymatize, Premier Protein) in close coordination with the Marketing Manager Social Media and the Marketing Manager Athletes & Influencer.
• Community Management: You will support communication with consumers, including handling inquiries and ratings through shared postboxes, social media channels, and webshop ratings.
• Reporting & Analysis: You will support community management reporting as well as monitoring, analyzing, and preparing social media performance (including competitor activities) and tracking the results from agency cooperation.

Qualifikation

Your experiences & skills 💪

• Studies & Language Skills: You are a registered student, ideally in the field of marketing, communication, media or a comparable study program, and possess good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
• Social Media Know-how: You have first-hand experience in social media management, ideally with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Strava, or Pinterest.
• Community & Customer Relationship Management: You bring interest or first-hand experience in communicating with communities and customers, and enjoy responding to inquiries and feedback.
• Analytics & Performance Understanding: You possess a basic understanding of social media metrics, have ideally first contact with social analytics, and work data-based.
• Work Style & Teamwork: You work structured and reliably, bring a creative mindset, and enjoy working together with internal and external partners.
