Work Student (m/w/d) - Focus Finance & Controlling

loyos bi is a growing SaaS company from Hamburg. Our Financial Management Suite and HR Reporting Suite based on Microsoft Power BI enable companies to evaluate financial and HR data clearly, understandably, and visually modern. We work remote-first and offer you the opportunity to work flexibly across Germany, alternatively from our locations in Hamburg or Augsburg out.

Aufgaben

• Begleitung von Set-ups
  You support our Implementation-Team in setting up and implementing our Financial Management Suite (FMS) and learn step by step how modern controlling and reporting solutions are built.
• Kundenberatung
  In close cooperation with our teams from consulting and customer support, you gain first-hand experience in customer contact. You support at workshops, alignments, and set-ups and learn how customer requirements are implemented together.
• Finance & Controlling
  You learn about the requirements of customers from various industries in the finance and controlling sector and gain insights into how our modern business intelligence solutions optimally support these in practice. While building your professional understanding further, you receive insights into controlling and reporting processes in cooperation with different stakeholders like CFOs, controllers, accountants, and tax consultants.
• Projektmanagement & Umsetzung
  You gain practical experience around the implementation of modern reporting and BI solutions. While being gradually integrated into project tasks, you can increasingly accompany and implement part-projects independently.

Qualifikation

• Studium im Finanzbereich
  You are ideally enrolled in a study with a focus on finance, controlling, business administration or economics and want to gain practical experience in the field of finance & controlling.
• Grundverständnis für Finanzthemen
  You bring a basic understanding of financial connections like balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow with you or have great interest in building this knowledge further in practice.
• selbständige & proaktive Arbeitsweise
  You have the desire to take responsibility, actively shape projects, and independently get involved in new topics through good self-management.
• Kommunikationsstärke
  You enjoy communication and develop a sense for how one can professionally and solution-oriented work together with customers as well as internal consultants and teams.
• Interesse an modernen Lösungen
  You want to understand how modern controlling and reporting solutions are created and are open to gaining first experiences in IT and data processes – without technology being your main focus.
• Verfügbarkeit
  You can ideally support us for at least 6 months with a weekly working time of approximately 10 hours.
