Working Student (m/f/d) Training Concepts & Renewable Energies

You contribute 15 - 20 hours per week and support our team in the further development and dissemination of expertise in renewable energies and digital training content.

You will undertake, among other things:

• Creation and further development of training materials and learning content
• Independent research and preparation of topics from the field of renewable energies
• Support in the conception and execution of training courses
• Presentation of training content to small groups
• Contact person for user questions regarding the Elephant tool
• Coordination and communication with the Elephant team
• Analysis of errors and user feedback as well as contribution to the continuous improvement of processes and content
• Support with organizational and administrative tasks in the training environment

• Ongoing studies in the field of Renewable Energies, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable course of study
• Basic technical understanding and interest in energy topics
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with various stakeholders
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of preparing and conveying knowledge in an understandable way
• Very good German language skills (C2 level)
• Good English language skills (minimum B2 level)

• Initial contact with AI applications or digital learning platforms
• Experience with Elephant or comparable training platforms
• Initial experience in creating training courses, workshops, or presentations
