Job description

About INCLUSYS

At INCLUSYS, we pursue the vision of enabling people with cognitive impairments to achieve greater independence and social participation through innovative technologies. Our solutions, from smartwatches to tablet apps, make time and daily schedules accessible to our target group. More info: www.inclusys.de

The Zeitkompass Watch is the first wearable for temporal orientation listed in the catalog of aids for statutory health insurance. This means many families are entitled to cost coverage by their health insurance. To ensure this benefit reaches them, we are looking for you.

Your Tasks

  • Accompanying Families: You will accompany families from their initial inquiry to approval. You will answer their questions about the application process via email and phone and guide them safely through it.

  • Managing the Application Pipeline: You will follow up on inquiries and applications in the CRM, maintain their status, and follow up on missing documents.

  • Interface with Sales Partners: You will coordinate with sales partners regarding orders and status.

  • Shaping Processes: You will analyze our sales processes, simplify them, and help build them out, e.g., through templates, checklists, and FAQs for the application process.

Your Profile

  • Studies: You are enrolled in a Bachelor's (from the 3rd semester onwards) or Master's program, e.g., in Business Administration, International Business Administration, Social Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.

  • Communication: You communicate in a friendly, patient, and solution-oriented manner, both by phone and email. You will find the right tone even when a family is stressed.

  • Work Style: You work in a structured and careful manner, as details count in applications. You handle sensitive data confidentially.

  • Social Impact: You want to make a difference with your work and are interested in social and inclusive topics.

  • Language: You speak fluent German (min. C1) and have good English skills.

  • Bonus Points: You have experience with CRM systems, already use AI tools in your work or university life, or are interested in business models in the Health Tech sector.

What We Offer You

  • Meaningful Work: Your work directly contributes to whether families receive their care.

  • Gravity Co-Working at the Bildungscampus: Our office is located in the Campus Founders Gravity building (https://gravity.campusfounders.de/). You will receive a Residency Membership with access to co-working areas, events, and other perks.

  • Hybrid Work: You will regularly work on-site in Heilbronn and flexibly handle individual tasks remotely.

  • Young Team: You will work in a small, motivated team directly with the founders.

  • Development Perspective: We are growing. You have the opportunity to grow in the sales area and take on responsibility.

  • Startup Insights: Through events, pitches, and the Campus Founders network, you will get to know the startup scene from the inside.
