Tasks

• Sales Support: You accompany the outbound sales process and actively speak to potential customers via channels like LinkedIn or cold emailing.
• Customer Care & Relationship Management: You support the team in their daily contact with existing customers and help optimize customer relationships.
• CRM & Data Management: You maintain and update our CRM system independently, ensuring that all customer data and sales activities are properly documented.
• Event Management: You roll up your sleeves to plan, organize, and execute events and customer events with the team.
• General Sales Support: You keep the sales team's back free by taking on various administrative and organizational tasks.

Qualification

• Studies: You are an enrolled student.
• Proactive & Reliable Work Style: You bring your own ideas, think actively with us, and set tasks independently and responsibly.
• Organizational Talent: You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize efficiently.
• Team Player: You work well in a team and bring a positive attitude.
• Knowledge: Marketing basics and Amazon know-how are advantageous but not necessarily required.
