Working Student (m/f/d) - Rollout / Fiber Optic Expansion

• Support of the rollout managers in daily project business and in the management of our expansion projects
• Maintenance and updating of project, status, and expansion data in our systems
• Preparation of key figures, expansion statuses, and project information for regular reporting
• Support in the preparation of presentations, analyses, and decision-making bases
• Tracking of milestones, open points, and agreed-upon measures
• Support in communication and coordination with internal departments and external expansion partners
• Carrying out data and address checks as well as processing discrepancies in our systems
• Support in compliance with and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Taking on special tasks and contributing to the further development of our processes

• Matriculation at a university of applied sciences or a comparable institution, ideally in a business, technical, or similar field of study
• Initial practical experience in project management, administration, or data handling is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• A structured, meticulous, and independent way of working
• Strong organizational skills and enjoyment in keeping an overview even with many parallel topics
• Analytical thinking and a good understanding of interrelationships
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with various contact persons
• Interest in telecommunications, infrastructure projects, and fiber optic expansion
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Motivation to take responsibility and actively contribute to the successful implementation of our rollout projects
