Tasks
As an independent digital media company with over 150 employees in Berlin,
we, Table Media GmbH, stand for high-quality journalism ('deep
journalism') and combine the quality standard of leading media with the
depth of specialist information.
Our Professional Briefings analyze political, economic, and
social issues and inform about current developments and trends. They
are read by Competence Leaders from politics, business, and science
and thus offer decision-makers in various industries an
information advantage and competitive edge.
The upheaval in the media is an opportunity that we want to seize with you.
Tasks:
- Research of relevant topics and journalistic content
- Support in editing and publishing texts in coordination with
the editors on our production days Tuesday and Thursday - Support with SEO and tagging
- Support in organizing and coordinating editorial processes on the
production day - If applicable, participation in editorial conferences for planning and coordinating
production processes - If applicable, writing your own articles in coordination with the editorial team
Qualifications
- Studies in a relevant field (e.g., educational sciences, media,
communication sciences, journalism) - Structured and reliable way of working with a good understanding of
processes and workflows - Journalistic prior experience/experience in editorial or production companies is an advantage
- Precise eye for detail and the ability to quickly check content for linguistic errors
- Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment
- Teamwork skills and communication strength as well as independent, careful, and reliable work style
