Your Tasks

• Active Support in the Entire Recruitment Process – from Job Posting to Hiring
• Creation and Publication of Job Postings on Relevant Job Platforms and Social Media
• Sifting and Pre-Selection of Incoming Applications Based on Defined Requirement Profiles
• Active Sourcing through Business Networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing) to Identify Suitable Candidates
• Communication with Applicants as Well as Organization of Interviews and Selection Procedures
• Support in Conducting and Follow-Up of Interviews and Recruitment Events
• Maintenance and Update of Applicant Management Systems and Creation of Reports
• Participation in Employer Branding Measures to Strengthen Our Employer Brand
• Closely Cooperate with HR Business Partners and Departments

Your Profile

• Enrolled Student (m/w/d) in a Relevant Field of Study, e.g. Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources or Comparable
• First Practical Experience in Recruitment, HR or Personnel Consulting is an Advantage
• Excellent Communication Skills and Confident Manner when Dealing with Different Interlocutors
• Structured, Careful, and Independent Working Style
• High Affinity to Digital Tools, Social Media, and Modern Recruitment Technologies
• Interest in Current Trends in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Very Good German Language Skills as Well as Good English Language Skills in Writing and Speaking
