Aufgaben

• Campaign Concept & Ad Creation: You support the team in setting up social recruiting campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok. You write compelling ad copy and develop creative ideas to visually catch passive talents.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: You keep an eye on campaign KPIs (such as click rates and cost-per-lead) and analyze funnel data to lead measures to continuously push performance.
• Candidate Screening via Call: You are the first point of contact for potential applicants who come in through our campaigns. You feel them out in the first phone call and check the most important framework conditions.
• Profile Matching & Process Logistics: You analyze the qualifications of applicants, manage slot allocation for deeper interviews, and keep our applicant database structured up to date.

• Marketing Affinity & Digital Mindset: You are passionate about digital trends, move confidently on social media, and have extreme enthusiasm for diving deep into the topic of performance marketing.
• Communication & Text Talent: You express yourself eloquently in German without errors. You always hit the right tone in phone calls and have a knack for writing conversion-strong texts.
