Tasks

• You will support our recruiting team in finding and selecting suitable candidates.

• You will create appealing job advertisements and publish them on suitable platforms.

• You will research suitable talents and target them specifically through professional networks.

• You will review applications and match profiles with our clients' requirements.

• You will conduct initial interviews with candidates and, after your onboarding, increasingly conduct them independently.

• You will contribute your own ideas to further develop our candidate approach and recruiting processes.

Qualification

• You are an enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's program – ideally in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication, or a comparable field of study.

• You are interested in recruiting and personnel consulting and want to gain practical experience.

• You approach people openly and enjoy getting to know different professional backgrounds.

• You communicate confidently and persuasively – both in writing and by phone.

• You work reliably, independently, and in a structured manner.

• You have 12–20 hours per week available and want to support our team long-term.
