Your Role in the Company

We are a four-person HR team and collectively handle recruiting for our over 20 locations nationwide. With diverse professional profiles, interesting personalities, and always new challenges, it's guaranteed not to be boring.

As a working student (m/f/d), you will get to know the entire recruiting process from A to Z, actively contribute, and gradually take on your own tasks. Of course, we won't just throw you in the deep end. We will show you what's important and be there to help you with any questions.

Your Tasks at a Glance

• You will create and publish job advertisements on various recruiting platforms

• You will maintain an overview in the applicant management system and ensure careful documentation

• You will support us in active sourcing to find and approach suitable talent

• You will coordinate interviews and be in contact with applicants and specialist departments

• Initially, you will attend interviews and later conduct initial introductory conversations independently

• You will support us in administrative daily business and contribute ideas for improving our recruiting processes

What Sets You Apart

We are not looking for a fully-fledged recruiting professional. It is much more important to us that you are curious, think along, and enjoy making a difference with us.

• You are currently enrolled, for example, in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a comparable degree program

• You are interested in recruiting and communication, and you enjoy approaching people

• You work in a structured and reliable manner and can keep an overview even with multiple tasks

• You are proficient in using digital tools and quickly learn new programs

• Initiative, willingness to learn, and very good German language skills round off your profile

• And if you are also enthusiastic about social media? Even better! This is a plus, but not a requirement
