Tasks

As a Work Student (m/w/d) in Recruiting, you will support our team in finding the right talents for our company. We recruit nationwide for around 20 locations – which gives you exciting insights into different departments and markets.

You will be gradually integrated into the entire recruiting process and take over tasks independently after a while. This way, you can apply your theoretical knowledge from your studies directly in practice and gain valuable experiences in HR.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Support in the entire recruiting process, from job posting to hiring
• Creation and publication of job postings on various recruitment platforms
• Maintenance and management of applications in the applicant management system
• Support for active sourcing, e.g., through Stepstone or Xing
• Scheduling and preparation of interviews
• Participation in interviews and gradual independent conduct of initial conversations
• Communication with candidates (m/w/d)
• Support with administrative tasks in daily business
• Participation in optimizing recruiting processes and tools

Qualification

• You are currently enrolled (e.g., in BWL, Psychology, HR or a comparable degree)
• Recruiting and talent acquisition genuinely interest you
• You have a secure handling of digital tools and good IT affinity
• Your work style is characterized by structure, thoroughness, and reliability
• You bring enthusiasm and passion for Social Media – not a must!
• You enjoy organizing and administrative tasks with overview
• You maintain an overview even when dealing with multiple parallel topics and set priorities sensibly
• You bring a good measure of self-organization and resilience
• In contact with others, you approach friendly, clearly, and communicatively
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking to round off your profile
