We in Recruiting deal with talent acquisition from exactly these areas. As Work Student (m/w/d) in our Recruiting Team, you can start working actively with us from the next possible time. Our colleague Jessi is going on family leave and with the transfer of her tasks, Anni, Elina, Loreen, and Tanja under Lena's leadership need new energetic support. We work very closely together, laugh away stressful moments together, and all burn for the topic of Recruiting. You too? :)

Tasks

This is where you come in

Active participation in the Recruiting Team in candidate management as well as organization and coordination of phone interviews, presentation meetings, and appointment scheduling with candidates and departments

• Active Sourcing: Identification and direct approach to suitable candidates on LinkedIn
• Support in exciting Recruiting projects as well as the implementation of creative personnel marketing measures
• Participation in planning, preparation, and implementation of various career events and recruiting events internally and externally

Qualification

Your way to us

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration with a focus on personnel, Industrial Psychology, or a comparable program
• You are very interested in topics around Recruiting and talent acquisition
• You are an organizational talent, enjoy creative writing, are contact-friendly, and MS Office proficient
• A structured work style, engagement, reliability, and sense of responsibility are your thing
• Most importantly: You want to bring your humor and personality into our team? Then you're exactly right :)
