Working Student (m/f/d) Recruiting

PETER DÖHLE Schiffahrts-KG is a maritime service provider with roots in Hamburg and home ports all over the world. To strengthen our HR department, we are looking for you as a Working Student (m/f/d) Recruiting for 20 hours/week (adaptable for exam periods etc.) as soon as possible.

• You will actively support the recruiting of new employees in our various departments
• Coordination and organization in the application process, e.g., organizing appointments and applicant management in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other administrative tasks
• Support with HR/Recruiting projects

• Enrolled student in business administration with a focus on human resources or a similar field of study
• Strong interest in recruiting and HR topics
• Strong communication skills in contact with applicants, colleagues, and managers
• Intrinsic motivation, self-organization, and reliability
• Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken

• Insights & experience in an international & diverse recruiting environment
