Werkstudent (m/w/d) Real Estate Operations & Finance

In the Operations Team, you will work directly with the management team and be close to actively managing our investments — including Grundconsult Immobilien GmbH, one of Germany's most established property management companies with over 30 years of experience and 1.5 billion euros managed assets.

Aufgaben

At our company, you will be the link between strategy and practice. Your tasks are diverse and offer insights at the highest level:

1. Close cooperation with top management

• Sight: You work directly with the management team and senior leadership.
• Strategic support: You prepare management presentations and decision-making grounds and support special projects.

2. Operational & strategic support in property management

• Process optimization: You support our property managers in structuring and digitalizing daily business.
• Data maintenance & basic work: You help set up and maintain data in our systems – the basis for every good asset strategy.
• Interface work: You are in exchange with service providers, tenants, and internal teams to accelerate operational processes.

3. Support in finance & controlling

• Daily business finance: You support the finance team in ongoing processes (e.g., accounting review, preparation of accounts, debt collection).
• Reporting & analysis: You work on preparing financial reports and should-actual comparisons for our real estate portfolios.

Qualifikation

• Your foundation: You are enrolled in a degree program in economics, business administration, real estate management, finance or a comparable field.
• Your strengths: You think analytically, work structured and have an eye for detail.
• Your tools: You are familiar with the common MS Office applications. If you've already heard of property software (ERP), that's a plus, but not a must.
• Your personality: You are communicative in German, feel comfortable in direct exchange with decision-makers and score with a proactive
