Work Student (m/w/d) – Processes, ERP & ISMS / ISO 27001

Your Tasks:

You want to understand how an IT company internally functions – and actively help make processes more efficient, secure, and certification-worthy? As a Work Student (m/w/d), you will support us in building our Information Security Management System (ISMS) on the way to ISO 27001 certification as well as analyzing and optimizing our business processes around our ERP system.

• Participation in building and developing our ISMS to achieve ISO 27001 certification
• Analyzing, documenting, and optimizing existing operational procedures and business processes (e.g. offer preparation, project planning, billing)
• Support in quality management (QM): maintenance of guidelines, process descriptions, and evidence for ISO certifications
• Collaboration on compliance and risk management topics (e.g. risk analyses, measure tracking)
• Maintenance, testing, and further development of our ERP system in daily operations
• Identification of weaknesses and elaboration of improvement and measure proposals
• Preparation of process documentation, handbooks, guidelines, and training materials
• Participation in projects for digitalizing internal processes

You should bring:

• You are an enrolled student (m/w/d) in the field of Computer Science, IT Security, Business Informatics, or a comparable study program – what matters most to us is your motivation
• You have first-hand experience with IT security, compliance, or risk management? Great – if not, we'll help you get started together
• You are interested in standards and norms and may have already heard something about ISO 27001
• You work structured, think analytically, and like to take on tasks independently
• You communicate openly, gladly, and are a true team player
• You feel at home with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); first experience with ERP systems or ISMS tools is a plus, but not a must
• You understand yourself securely in German and English – in word and writing
