Werkstudent (m/w/d) Prozessdigitalisierung / Power Apps / Low-Code

Shape the digital future of a brewery

We at Welde want to elevate our company organizationally and technologically to the next level. To achieve this, we are looking for a Werkstudent (m/w/d), who will help us systematically digitize our processes using Microsoft Power Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform.

You won't just work on individual small tools, but will help build a comprehensive digital system for our company – from process images and release workflows to applications for projects like our documentation logic, task management, and proof of performance.

The role is ideal for someone who doesn't just want to 'build an app', but has fun understanding genuine business problems and developing functional digital solutions from them.

Aufgaben

• You analyze together with the departments existing workflows and identify digitalization potential
• You develop applications based on Microsoft Power Apps
• You support the setup of a company-wide system logic for processes, data, releases, and proofs
• You create digital forms, input masks, workflows, and simple user interfaces
• You support the introduction and structuring of SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, and other building blocks of the Power Platform
• You help create technical foundations for overarching projects, such as quality management, measurement tracking, document control, and audit preparation
• You document solutions so that they can be understood, used, and further developed internally
• You work closely with business leadership, departments, and operational responsible persons

Qualifikation

• You are studying Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Business, or a comparable field
• You have interest in Geschäftsprozesse, Digitalisierung, and practical IT solutions
• You already have experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, or similar low-code tools
• You have experience in data maintenance, form logic, or workflow automation
• You can structure processes and translate them into meaningful digital workflows
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and pragmatically, and are not afraid to collaborate with operational departments within the company
• You want to create concepts, but also bring things to life
