Tasks

Your tasks

• Supporting the executive board in ongoing SAP projects
• Structuring, coordinating, and tracking project tasks
• Preliminary work for workshops, meetings, and decision-making bases
• Technical research (e.g. SAP functionalities, processes, interfaces)
• Supporting project planning, resource overview, and documentation
• Coordinating with project participants
• Taking over independent work packages

You'll learn to understand projects from a bird's-eye view – technically and organizationally.

Qualification

• Masters degree (e.g. business informatics, computer science, engineering with IT focus or equivalent)
• Strong technical interest (e.g. programming, systems, process logic)
• First experience with SAP is an advantage (e.g. studies, student assistantship, internship or own projects)
• First contacts with procurement/purchasing are a plus
• Interest in project management and process organization
• Structured and independent working style
• Communication skills – you can address tasks clearly and will be part of the team
• Residence ideally in the Bremen area
• German C1-C2 is strictly required
