• You will manage our webshop storefronts and maintain and optimize content, product information, and product descriptions in Salesforce Commerce.
• You will support product management in the further development of our product portfolio and participate in the setup and implementation of a new storefront.
• You will maintain and check relevant product and order data in Salesforce Commerce and our ERP system, ensuring high data quality.
• You will work closely with the Product Management, Implementation, Order Processing, Sales, and Support departments, as well as with external partners.
• You will analyze our customer onboarding processes, identify potential for optimization, and support the digitalization and automation of existing workflows – prospectively also using AI.
• You will develop a structured strategy for relevant documents during and after onboarding, and prepare instructions, templates, and knowledge content for our online help center. You will use Microsoft applications, Teams, and other digital tools for this.

• You are studying Business Informatics, Digital Business, Business Administration with a focus on digitalization or e-commerce, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program.
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new tools and systems.
• Ideally, you have practical experience – preferably in e-commerce, product management, process optimization, or digitalization.
• You have an affinity for electromobility and e-cars and are interested in how digital solutions support the charging and use of electric vehicles.
• You work analytically, structured, and organized, and enjoy independently developing solutions for technical and professional challenges.
• You enjoy interacting with customers, can empathize with their needs, and can find understandable and service-oriented solutions for complex issues.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
