Working Student (m/f/d) in Human Resources Development or Learning & Development

As a working student (m/f/d) in the field of Human Resources Development you will support our academy team in developing and implementing modern learning and qualification offers. You will gain practical insight into the entire spectrum of human resources development – from identifying learning needs to conceptualizing learning content, and from conducting and evaluating training.

• Support in the conception and further development of modern learning and qualification offers for our construction and partner companies
• Participation in the organization and implementation of training, workshops, and e-learnings – digital and on-site
• Creation and further development of presentations, training materials, and digital learning content
• Involvement in onboarding and qualification programs for new partner companies
• Preparation and evaluation of learning success controls as well as derivation of improvement possibilities
• Support in the identification and analysis of training needs and the development of suitable learning offers
• Participation in projects in the area of human resources development and learning & development
• Collaboration with various departments such as partner management, rollout, and operational teams
• Insights into human resources development, training management, knowledge transfer, and project work
• Getting to know the exciting world of fiber optic network expansion and the different qualification requirements in the technical environment

• Enrolled student, ideally in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Psychology, Human Resources Management, Educational Sciences, Business Administration, Communication or a comparable degree program
• Interest in human resources development, learning, further education, and modern training concepts
• Enjoyment in preparing content in an understandable way and imparting knowledge
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working, as well as a quick grasp of things
• Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• First experience with e-learning, digital learning platforms, presentations, training, or project work is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different people and target groups
• Willingness to contribute own ideas and gain practical experience in human resources development
