Work Student (m/w/d) Recruitment Consulting

Through our diverse and customer-specific consulting approaches, we have gained a broad range of customers: from education to food and beverage to refrigeration technology, you will certainly find exciting projects for you!

Tasks

As Work Student:in, you will be part of the team from day one and can participate in all phases of recruitment consulting. You will primarily take on tasks such as creating job postings and profiles, identifying potential candidates and contacting them, coordinating interviews, and evaluating candidates, with constant support from our team. You will learn the most important selection methods at our company and put them into immediate practice.

If we may add: you can grow step by step into the role of a recruitment manager and accompany your candidates throughout the entire application process. You will also be carefully introduced and receive guidance and coaching from experienced colleagues.

Qualification

Ideal candidate would have studied Business Administration, Economics Education, Psychology or a comparable field. What is most important to us is openness and interest in new things. You bring initiative, flexibility, and excellent communication skills with you, work independently, and take responsibility.

It would be advantageous if you can work at least 15 hours per week, distributed over 3 days.
