The BAG is a cooperative that is located at 19 sites in the Allgäu-Oberschwaben region. Tasks

What tasks await you?

• Organizational Support — Coordination of administrative processes, maintenance of documents and support of internal HR processes.
• Business Bike Betreuung — Contact person for employees, administration and communication around the bike program.
• Short Applications process — Initial review, forwarding to departments and contact with applicants.
• Clothing Organize — Ordering, issuance and management of work clothing.
• HR Support — Participation in projects, term coordination and document management.

Qualification

What skills do you bring?

• Enrolled student (m/w/d), ideally in the field of business administration, personnel management, psychology or a comparable study program
• Structured and reliable working style
• Pleasure in organizational tasks and communication
• Safe handling with MS Office
